Assisted Pool Installation Process - Roles of Each Party

Your Role

  • Excavate the pool hole to the exact specified dimensions (12’ x 26’) with straight walls and a flat bottom, and remove all soil before installation day
  • Provide The necessary personnel on the day of the installation of the pool (Minimum 3 people)
  • Prepare the site for crane access, including access paths and protection mats if required
  • Provide all equipment for backfilling (mechanical shovel, loader or powered wheelbarrow, wheelbarrow, shovel)
  • Supply approximately 26 tons of crushed ½” net stone
  • Backfill of the pool with the stone as you go along the steps until you reach the edge of the pool
  • Make the trench from the pool to the filtration area: please refer to the pre-installation guide (sent to the customer)
  • Fill the pool with garden hoses or with a water tank for the end of the work day
  • Send a photo of the completed excavation at least one day prior to installation

Our Role

  • Verify excavation dimensions and final heights before placement
  • Provide an on-site project manager and installer for the filtration system
  • Provide and facilitate with the crane. Accessories required for the lifting of the pool (beam and crane straps)
  • Provide the The geotextile and the dewatering well
  • Preparing the base, the installation, the squaring and leveling of the pool
  • The installation of the filtration on the designated area
  • Provide the 2x4 bracing required for the pool installation
